Kaiser's Haircut

After all the competitions in the last time, the staff of HFS decided to cut Kaiser's tail. They thought it would look better and they wanted to get it easier to groom. They wanted to cut his mane, too, but after Kaiser saw what they did to his tail, he was... kind of angry and didn't let the people go near his mane
